The three owners, Mathieu, Laura and Linda, are certified Kinesiologists and personal trainers that combined their passion for health, fitness and sport under one roof. We create a structure for each client to best reach their individual goals and help them go beyond their limits.

Our Biographies

Mathieu Beauchamp

Mathieu started playing hockey at the age of 3 and completed his minor hockey junior AA in 2007. At 14, he begun playing golf and quickly became junior champion at the Vaudreuil Golf Club in 2002, followed by becoming the Men’s club champion at Riviere Rouge Golf Club in 2010. Mathieu’s passion for both sports keeps him active on a weekly basis.

Mathieu graduated with a bachelor in Kinesiology in 2007 from the University of Montreal. Since this time, he has worked at local gyms and has been implicated in the Kinesiology department at the University of Montreal, to help students develop and administer physical aptitude tests to future policemen and ambulance technicians.

Linda Linsenbarth

Linda began swimming at the age of 3 and started competing a couple years later. She later decided to join the synchronized swimming team and competed for a little over 2 years. Also at 3 years of age, her father taught her to ski and from then on they would spend every Saturday on the slopes. Later she learned to snowboard, became an instructor and shared her love for snowboarding with the children she taught. During Cegep, a professor introduced Linda to weight training, which quickly became her new passion and changed the direction she lead her life.

Linda graduated with a bachelor degree in Kinesiology, minor in management in 2008 from McGill University. Additionally, Linda completed the Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) internship in Denver, Colorado and is continuing her education on this topic in Toronto. She has worked at a local gym and has begun her own MAT business.

Laura LeMessurier

Laura started skiing at the age of 3 and was involved in the Lakeshore Ski Club every Saturday growing up. At the age of 15 she received her Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance certification, and began teaching children and adults, passing on her love for the sport to others. Soccer and golf are also two sports Laura has enjoyed since a very young age. She was named Junior Club Champion at Royal Montreal Golf Club and continues to play soccer for Lakeshore Soccer Club. Laura’s love for sport and desire to keep living a healthy lifestyle has kept her active in all of these activities, and more.

Laura graduated with a bachelor degree in Kinesiology, specializing in adaptive sports from Dalhousie University in 2008. Since then she has worked at a local gym where she has used her specialty to help people with a disability.

Zeina Khawam

Zeina is registered dietitian-nutritionist member of l’Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ) and Dietitians of Canada.

She consults a clientele that desires to change their lifestyle habits, whether it is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, increase your energy levels, improve performance or simply live healthier. She can also help you manage allergies and medical conditions like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and arthritis.

She understands that eating is a pleasure and therefore demonstrates that leading a healthy lifestyle is not about deprivation and self-guilt, but rather based on making better choices more often. Sometimes it’s not only what you eat but how you eat. She wants to show you how food can work for you and not against you, one step at a time. She loves food and so should you!

She also loves to workout, try new foods and restaurants, travel, and cook.
